2. Scope

These Terms govern browsing of the site and use of the contact form. The site is informational and addressed to professional users. By browsing the site you accept these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

3. Contact requests, samples and brochures

Requests sent through the form, including free sample and brochure requests, do not constitute an order or a contractual commitment for either party. BIO-PRO evaluates sample requests at its discretion; samples are provided for evaluation only. Any supply is governed by separate agreements.

4. Product information

Technical characteristics and certifications shown on the site are indicative and may be updated. For any specific application, the technical documentation provided by BIO-PRO on request prevails.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, images, logos, graphics, videos and downloadable documents on the site belong to BIO-PRO S.r.l. or their respective owners and are protected by copyright and trademark law. "Rinnoviamo la materia" is a distinctive sign of BIO-PRO. Reproduction, distribution or modification without written authorisation is not permitted, except for personal consultation and quotation with attribution.

6. Liability

BIO-PRO strives to keep the site up to date and working, but does not guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, and except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, BIO-PRO is not liable for damages arising from use of the site, inability to access it or reliance on its contents. The site contains links to third-party websites (associations, partners, suppliers) whose content BIO-PRO neither controls nor is responsible for.
