This notice, provided under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), explains how BIO-PRO S.r.l. processes the personal data of visitors to bio-pro.it and of those who use the contact form.

a) Browsing data. While you visit the site we collect, in aggregated and anonymous form, the pages viewed, device and browser type, country and visit duration. We use Umami, an analytics tool that sets no cookies and cannot identify individual visitors.
b) Contact form data. If you fill in the form we collect your name and surname, email, company, role, address and phone number, together with the preferences you select (free sample, brochure, commercial communications). Fields marked as mandatory are needed to answer your request; without them we cannot process it. Requests are delivered to a BIO-PRO company mailbox.
c) Anti-spam data. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which analyses some technical browsing data (IP address, interaction with the page) to tell people from automated programs. This processing is described in Google's privacy policy.

Consent to commercial communications is optional and does not affect the handling of your request. You may withdraw it at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to the address in section 1.
Data are processed by authorised BIO-PRO staff and, for the purposes above, by:
Synergic Solution S.r.l., a company affiliated with BIO-PRO, for the commercial communications you consented to;
suppliers acting as data processors: the email marketing platform Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC, USA), Google (reCAPTCHA), Umami Software (analytics), Cookiebot (Usercentrics A/S, consent management) and MPSH, which develops and maintains the site;
public authorities, where required by law.
Data are never sold or handed to third parties for their own purposes.
Some suppliers (Mailchimp, Google) are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which these suppliers adhere, and on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the Commission. You may request a copy of the safeguards by writing to the address in section 1.
Data are processed with electronic tools and security measures suited to prevent unauthorised access, loss or misuse. We carry out no profiling and no automated decision-making.
You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise your rights, write to the address in section 1. If you believe the processing breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
The site uses no profiling or marketing cookies. Statistics are collected with Umami, which sets no cookies. The only items present are:
Cookiebot's technical cookie CookieConsent, which stores your cookie choices (12 months);
the cookies and technologies of Google reCAPTCHA, needed to protect the contact form.
